Customer Service Representative
Basset Sdn Bhd Petaling Jaya Full-time
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with POS systems and e-commerce seller platforms is an advantage
- Comfortable using AI chat tools / AI chatbot systems for customer support and productivity
- Responsible, responsive, and able to multitask
- Team player with positive working attitude and initiative
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms
- Reply to enquiries from e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
- Process orders, coordinate parcel arrangements, and monitor stock movement
- Manage return, exchange, and repair cases professionally
- Assist with stock checking and inventory management
- Prepare simple reports and administrative documentation
- Support daily office operations and perform ad hoc tasks when required
