Customer Service Representative
Salary: Min RM 2,500-4,000 ( exclude OT fee, commission, incentives)

- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, dealer management, or sales, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the beauty industry.
- Beauty Enthusiast: A genuine interest in and knowledge of beauty products, trends, and the beauty industry.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, able to speak English and Chinese, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with dealers to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Driving License: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for occasional in-person visits to dealers if needed.

+Authorized Dealer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our authorized dealers, assisting them with inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Provide product knowledge and support to authorized dealers, helping them effectively promote and sell our beauty products.
- Collaborate with dealers to develop sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
+Customer Assistance:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Guide customers on product selection, usage, and after-sales service.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by assisting with returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
+Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with authorized dealers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.
- Actively engage with dealers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide solutions to enhance their success.
+Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, transactions, and customer communications.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer performance, service inquiries, and customer feedback.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide expert assistance to dealers and customers.
