Ideal Candidate- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 4-6+ years of business development experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or energy sectors
- Proven ability to originate deals or strong client network is a significant advantage
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, capable of handling complex deals
- Highly self-driven, result-oriented, with an ownership mindset
- Proficient in English; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred
- Possess own transport and willing to travel

Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic business development across M&E engineering and renewable energy sectors
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers (developers, industrial clients, consultants, and data centre owners)
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value projects (ranging from million to multi-million scale)
- Drive tender strategies, commercial negotiations, and partnership structuring
- Analyse market trends and develop mid- to long-term growth strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project conversion and delivery
