Senior Executive – Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential sponsors; develop customized sponsorship packages.
• Pitch and secure sponsorships for exhibitions, conferences, and related events.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals, presentations, and negotiation plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors to encourage repeat partnerships and long-term engagement.
• Research and identify new business opportunities and industry trends to grow the business.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and strengthen brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to prospective clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to build connections and generate leads.
• Monitor sales targets and KPIs, and prepare regular pipeline and revenue performance reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sponsorship sales, preferably in the exhibition or events industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel and attend events when required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves dealing with clients from China and Taiwan.
