Job Summary:

To plan and coordinate sales strategies to ensure the achievement of company sales targets, while optimizing store performance through effective store planning

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure store sales and stock days are aligned with the company's KPI targets
2. Manage stock allocation for Program Rahmah and other promotional or sales events
3. Regularly review sales performance and stock levels to ensure product availability
4. Monitor DC stock to ensure timely deliveries to stores
5. Track deliveries from direct suppliers to avoid out-of-stock (OOS) situations and missed deliveries
6. Monitor near-expiry items and take proactive action to minimise waste
7. Manage and maintain documentation related to stock transfers between stores
8. Minimum Fresh graduates, diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, Logistics, or related field
9. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or store support functions
10. Proficient in using systems such as SAP or in-house stock management to monitor and manage stock levels
11. Skilled in applying Excel functions (e.g. VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF) and basic data analysis to track stock, sales, and deliveries
12. Able to track and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate stock arrival
13. Proper handling of stock transfer documents, delivery notes, and supplier records in line with operational standards
14. Familiar with using retail dashboards and sales reports, including platforms such as Excel and SAP
