Internship E-commerce Executive Intern/ Fresh Grad (Operations&Support)

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented intern to support our e-commerce operations and customer experience. This role provides exposure to end-to-end online business operations, including order management, platform updates, and customer coordination.

• Assist in daily e-commerce operations across platforms (e.g. product uploads, pricing updates, inventory checks)
• Monitor and process incoming orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment
• Support customer inquiries via chat/email in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, drivers, partners) to ensure smooth service delivery
• Track and report basic performance metrics (orders, issues, feedback)
• Identify and escalate operational or customer issues when necessary

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written & spoken)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Real exposure to e-commerce operations and customer experience management
• Hands-on experience with live platforms and order handling
• Understanding of how operations, sales, and service work together
