Internship Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and hands-on interns to support our event and photo booth operations. This internship offers real-world exposure to event execution, operations, and client servicing in a fast-paced environment

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies (any field, preferably Event Management, Hospitality, or Business)
• Willing to work on-site and handle hands-on tasks
• Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to work weekends or extended hours when required (event-based)

• Location: SS2, Petaling Jaya
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (office)
• Event-based schedule may include weekends
• Internship allowance provided
• Fast learning environment with real responsibilities
• Assist in event setup, coordination, and teardown
• Support photo booth setup, operation, and dismantling
• Assist in preparing equipment and materials before events
• Provide on-site support during events
• Assist with basic coordination and communication with team members
• Help maintain equipment and ensure proper handling
• Perform basic administrative or operational tasks when required
• Real experience in event management and execution
• Hands-on exposure to photo booth operations and equipment
• Opportunity to work on corporate events and large-scale projects
• Understanding of end-to-end event workflow (client → ops → execution)
• Potential opportunity for full-time conversion
