Marketing Executive (Property) - Batu Pahat

Your responsibilities:

• Implement strategic marketing campaigns/ promotional activities/ event / new project launches.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective marketing materials, including print ads, digital content, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market survey and analyze competitor's products/ projects.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Creative writing & content development for quarterly community newsletter/ press release .
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timelines.
• Provide support to the sales team by developing sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Prepare purchase orders & payment submission.
• Oversee and coordinate with external Interior Design companies for the renovation of new showhouses.
• Monthly marketing and report preparation.

Our expectations:

• At least bachelor’s degree in marketing/ digital marketing/ mass communication or any related field of study
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in marketing related field, experience in Property would be added advantage.
• Fundamental knowledge on digital and social media marketing including Facebook, Instagram, xhs, SEO/SEM and etc.
• Possess good command of English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Experience in graphic design or video editing will be added advantage.
