Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Assistant located in Senai, Johor.
What a typical day looks like:
- To Prepare the Technical Quality Reports
- Undergo training by Site and help for the smooth transition of various technical Quality Reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly Yield, defect, customer related, supplier quality reports
- Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics
- Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports / dashboards.
- Manage and ensure that satisfaction levels of customer are to a greater extent.
- Support the team to maintain/control documents and procedures in document management system.
- Knowledge on Quality concepts
- Responsible to take part in all site calls & comprehensive minutes
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Possesses a Diploma in related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
- Fresh graduate will be considered
