Internship Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are aligned, tracked, and followed through effectively
- Monitor operational processes and identify areas for workflow improvement and efficiency
- Assist in resolving daily operational issues, bottlenecks, and coordination challenges
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, schedules, and internal records
- Support the preparation of operational reports, updates, and summaries for management
- Ensure tasks are carried out accurately and according to internal processes and timelines
- Help improve internal workflows, reporting structure, and execution processes
- Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or any related field
- Strong interest in operations, execution, coordination, and process improvement
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in an operations, admin, coordination, or support role is an advantage
- Have valid driving license and own transportation
- Able to travel between mainland and island (reimbursement will be provided)
