- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Enjoy your weekends!)
Who You Are
We are open to both seasoned administrators and hungry fresh graduates. Your mindset and attitude matter far more to us than the number of years on your resume.- The "Figure-It-Out" Attitude: You might not have all the answers right away, but you are resourceful and motivated enough to find them.
- Tech & AI Savvy: You have solid spreadsheet and word-processing skills. Knowing how to leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT or Gemini) to improve your efficiency is a massive plus.
- Adaptable & Organized: You don't panic when plans change; you pivot smoothly. You have an eye for detail and hate letting things fall through the cracks.
- Uncompromising Integrity: Honesty and a strong, positive work ethic are non-negotiable.
- Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is highly beneficial!

As our first Administrative Executive, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You won't just be following a manual; you'll be helping us write it.- Operations & Organization: Build and own our documentation and filing systems to keep our growing business organized.
- Project Coordination: Act as the crucial bridge between us and our partners. You’ll follow up with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to keep project deliverables on track.
- Sales Administration: Manage documentation for properties sold, including preparing and tracking progress billings.
- Ad-Hoc Problem Solving: Tackle whatever new challenges the day brings. In a startup, no two days are exactly the same!
