Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our recruitment operations in Malaysia and the APAC region. You will oversee recruitment teams, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of high-volume hiring projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters working on BPO and volume hiring projects
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple clients and roles
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients
  • Improve processes and workflows
  • Support business growth and new project onboarding
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Team Lead in BPO recruitment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience handling high-volume and international recruitment projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (additional Asian languages are a plus)
