Join Our Global Recruitment Team as an Asia Market Talent Acquisition Freelancer

Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong network and deep understanding of the Asian market? We are expanding our global recruitment operations and are looking for freelance recruiters specialized in hiring across Asia to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multilingual and BPO roles.

This is an opportunity to work independently, earn competitive fees, and grow within an international recruitment network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets
• Publish and promote job opportunities on relevant regional platforms
• Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement

Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory)
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.)
• Experience in sourcing, cold outreach, or sales-driven environments
• Strong knowledge of local job boards, sourcing channels, and candidate behavior in Asia
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week
• Fluency in English + additional Asian languages is a strong advantage
