To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Talent Management and Development Director located in Bukit Minyak.
What a typical day looks like:
- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand the needs of the Malaysia organization and align the talent strategy with the growth plans.
- Identify success factors of high performing teams and implement plans to transfer best practices.
- Conduct organizational design and team effectiveness assessments and diagnostics to address short term and future needs, ensuring the organization is well-prepared for growth.
- Drive improvement on employee engagement and experience by analyzing survey data, developing and implementing action plans to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Identify insights and make recommendations on talent retention strategies and development solutions to meet future workforce needs.
- Develop and measure organization effectiveness solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead the design and deployment of talent development initiatives ensuring they are aligned to Operation plans.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR or Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources or related experience in business with specific experience in HR, consulting, project management and change management.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, talent management, and organizational development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
