- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro/ Cap Cut).
- Strong creative, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Able to film video on site and have a good video filming technique
- Able to handle project from conceptualization to final video production
- Able to source music and sound effect
- Staying abreast with new trends in content and technology in motion graphic and video production
- Keeping up-to-date technologically with new media, familiarizing with video production and digital editing equipment
- Content Planning: Develop creative content concepts and plans.
- Video Shooting: Capture high-quality footage and direct talent.
- Video Editing: Craft compelling videos with editing expertise.
- Talent Management: Coordinate and manage talent during shoots.
- Submission: Deliver polished content to clients and platforms.
