About the Job

As a Regional Technical Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting product application and technical training across the Asia Pacific region. This position bridges regional sales and service teams with global product groups, ensuring the successful rollout, support, and adoption of industrial hardware and software solutions.

• Provide product and application support to internal teams and external partners across Asia Pacific
• Plan and conduct product training sessions, seminars, webinars, and demonstrations
• Develop and localize training materials, technical documentation, and application guides
• Support product launches in the region in collaboration with global product teams
• Deliver expert consultation to resolve customer issues and enhance user adoption
• Analyze training needs and promote continuous development among regional sales/service teams
• Assist in marketing activities, including trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support, training, or service roles within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with automation systems, instrumentation, and process control equipment
• Familiarity with PLC data communication protocols and PC/network troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed
