- 5 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment, prior supervisory experience.
- Good in people management, production quality controls and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Result-oriented with the proven ability to drive people to achieve and exceed production KPI.
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring production targets are met.
- Assigning workflow assignments, Production planning and cost controls.
