JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To oversee daily operations and lead production staffs on the food production floor.
To ensure productions schedules are well planned and manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently in compliance with food safety standards (i.e. FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP).
To implement process improvement, workflow efficiency and cost saving strategies.
To monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping procedures.
To plan relevant training programs for production staff pertaining to food handling, production safety, technical skills etc.
To conduct performance evaluations for subordinates and provide feedback for improvement.
To monitor raw material usage and stock levels and maintain production records.
To collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Science or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 5 years of experience as Production Supervisor role in Food Manufacturing industry, knowledge in HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000 implementation would be added advantage.
Strong in leadership, communication and problem-solving skills to lead production team.
