We’re looking for a full-time Content Creator & Marketer to join the Real Fitness team and help us build one of Malaysia’s strongest fitness brands ?

This role is for someone creative, ambitious and obsessed with social media, branding & marketing ?? You’ll be heavily involved in planning content, scripting videos, filming, editing and even helping plan marketing campaigns & advertisements.

You’ll work closely with the founder, internal team and outsourced digital marketer to execute content and ad strategies that generate leads, grow the brand and create viral awareness ?

Your responsibilities include creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels & Facebook, planning ad concepts, filming transformation stories, editing engaging videos and coordinating with our marketing team to ensure campaigns perform well ?✨

You’ll also assist in replying leads and helping improve our online presence, branding and customer engagement ?

This is NOT a boring office job. We move fast, create content daily, test ideas, run ads and build exciting campaigns constantly ⚡

We’re looking for someone creative, hungry to grow and passionate about content, branding & social media ?

You’ll fit this role if you:

Love TikTok, Instagram Reels & viral marketing ?
Enjoy filming, editing & storytelling ?
Have basic/intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva etc.) ✂️
Understand social media trends, hooks & attention-grabbing content ?
Can brainstorm creative ad ideas & campaign concepts ?
Are proactive, responsible & able to work independently ?
Can communicate well with team members, clients & external marketers ?
Are organized and able to manage multiple content/projects at once ⚡
Have interest in fitness, lifestyle, business or personal branding ?️♂️✨

Bonus points if you:

Have experience running or planning ads ?
Know Meta Ads/TikTok Ads basics
Have worked with agencies or marketing teams before
Are comfortable being on camera ?
