Proven experience as a Live Host or Content Creator, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or product promotion on platforms like TikTok.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and interact with a live audience, build rapport, and drive participation during live streams.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and live streaming to maximize reach and engagement.
- Experience in social media marketing, including developing and executing strategies to promote products and brands effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in basic video production and editing techniques to enhance live stream content and create supplementary promotional materials.
- Familiarity with performance analysis tools to track key metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize live stream strategies.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a keen eye for sales opportunities during live sessions and the ability to drive conversions.
- Ability to work onsite in Puchong, Selangor, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced media environment.
- A Diploma or equivalent qualification, coupled with 1-2 years of relevant experience in content creation, live streaming, or a related field.
- Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions on TikTok to promote products, services, and brand initiatives, ensuring a dynamic and entertaining viewer experience.
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for live streams, including planning themes, product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and interactive games to maximize audience participation and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align live stream content with overall campaign goals, product launches, and promotional activities, driving sales and lead generation.
- Engage with the online community during live streams by responding to comments, answering questions in real-time, and fostering a positive and interactive environment.
- Analyze performance metrics of live streams, such as viewership, engagement rates, conversion rates, and audience feedback, to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content.
- Create compelling short-form video content for TikTok that complements live stream promotions, driving traffic and interest to upcoming live sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant, innovative, and competitive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with viewers and followers, cultivating a loyal community around the brand and its offerings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of offline promotional events or collaborations as needed, representing the brand in a professional and engaging manner.
