Monitor and support daily retail store operations to ensure smooth workflow

  • Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
  • Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs, visual merchandising, and brand standards
  • Coordinate with shopping malls on promotions, events, and operational matters
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies
  • Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams for stock movement
  • Handle store issues, customer complaints, and operational challenges
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits
  • Support new store opening (setup, manpower, stock planning)
  • Train and guide retail staff on operations and procedures
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs (sales, conversion, ATV, UPT)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
  • Able to travel between outlets
