Schedule & Calendar Management
  • Manage Director’s daily calendar, including meetings, appointments, and reminders
  • Prioritise and adjust schedule based on urgency and business needs
  • Ensure Director is well-prepared for all meetings and commitments
Communication & Coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact between Director and internal/external parties
  • Screen calls, emails, and messages, and respond where appropriate
  • Coordinate with team members, clients, vendors, and partners
  • Follow up on pending matters to ensure timely completion
Task Execution & Follow-Up
  • Assist Director in tracking ongoing tasks, projects, and deadlines
  • Ensure assigned tasks are executed and completed on time
  • Proactively identify gaps or delays and take necessary action
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Record meeting minutes and track action items
  • Organise and maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
Business Support
  • Assist in research, data collection, and basic analysis
  • Support business operations, planning, and coordination tasks
  • Help streamline processes and improve efficiency where possible
Confidentiality & Personal Matters
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with personal errands and matters when required
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Ad-hoc & Multi-Tasking
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required by the Director
  • Be flexible in supporting both business and personal-related tasks
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may apply with good attitude)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
