Account Executive (Senior & Junior) 会计

We are looking for a Account Executive (Senior & Junior) to join our young and professional team in a fast-growing business consultancy & investment firm. If you’re detail-oriented, independent, and love working in a goal-driven environment — we’d love to meet you!

• What You’ll Be Doing | 工作内容：
• Full Set of Accounts Management: Maintain and prepare full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly closing processes.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and analysis to support decision-making.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Handle all tax-related matters, including SST, corporate income tax, and ensure compliance with relevant government regulations (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.).

• Audit & Year-End Closing: Coordinate with external auditors during audit exercises, provide required documentation, and support smooth year-end closing activities.

• Bank Reconciliation & Treasury Functions: Perform regular bank reconciliations, manage company cash flow, monitor payments, and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.

• Liaison with Internal & External Parties: Communicate effectively with other departments, vendors, bankers, auditors, and tax agents to resolve financial or operational matters.

• What We’re Looking For | 职位要求：

1. Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related fields.

1. Senior role: Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in accounting in F&B, E-commerce, Finance, Retail related industry.

1. Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness and positive attitude.

1. Responsible and reliable with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

1. Candidate with Full set account & SQL Software experience is more preferrable.

1. Fresh Graduate are most welcome!!!

1. Able to start immediately (preferably)
