Account Receivables
- Issue invoice, official receipt, and preparing debtor statement every beginning of the month.
- Perform basic office task, such as filling, data entry, answering phone, processing email, etc.
- Follow up on customer overdue payments and assist in reviewing credit control.
- Assist in preparing listing, and/or maintaining listing.
- Assist with audit, fact checks and resolving discrepancies and variances.
- Assist in preparing month end or yearend closing management account.
- Assist senior in dealing with oversea subsidiaries account.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
- Responsible, good attitude and willing to learn.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
