Account Receivables
  • Issue invoice, official receipt, and preparing debtor statement every beginning of the month.
  • Perform basic office task, such as filling, data entry, answering phone, processing email, etc.
  • Follow up on customer overdue payments and assist in reviewing credit control.
  • Assist in preparing listing, and/or maintaining listing.
  • Assist with audit, fact checks and resolving discrepancies and variances.
  • Assist in preparing month end or yearend closing management account.
  • Assist senior in dealing with oversea subsidiaries account.
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Responsible, good attitude and willing to learn.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
