WH & Logistic Executive

Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing industry
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin (Speak, Read & Write) is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
• Ensure proper stock storage, handling, and replenishment based on demand.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of warehouse staff, including team scheduling and performance management
• Operate and manage ERP system, keeping real-time inventory records updated.
• . Maintain high standards of safety and compliance within the warehouse environment
• Implement and monitor warehouse processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement
• Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, to ensure seamless operations
• Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing warehouse efficiency
• Implement warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
• Handle full cycle of export shipments from booking, documentation preparation to shipment execution.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and internal departments (e.g., Sales, Warehouse, OQC) to ensure timely and accurate shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and verify export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.).
