Retail Assistant
Care Bears Kuala Lumpur Full-time
Possession of Minimum SPM or equivalent; candidates with retail or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
- Passionate about customer engagement with a cheerful, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with customers of all ages.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant and professional appearance.
- Comfortable handling cashiering duties, stock replenishment, and general store operations.
- A genuine interest in lifestyle brands, character merchandise, or pop culture is a plus.
- Having your own vehicle is an added advantage.

- Perform cashiering duties accurately, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and managing basic transactions.
- Support daily store operations such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals.
- Proactively engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable in-store experience.
- Handle customer feedback or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Contribute to creating a fun, vibrant, and memorable retail environment that brings the Care Bears brand to life.
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm and positivity in every customer interaction.
