Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.

  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and resolving issues related to customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests, and effectively handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Proficiently manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies while minimizing waste and spoilage, and maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and food handling procedures to safeguard the health and well-being of customers and staff.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in sales management, implementing strategies to increase revenue, optimize pricing, and promote menu items to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base and staff, and facilitating seamless operations in a multilingual environment.
  • Assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation, to maintain high service standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies, to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase profitability.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback in both Mandarin and English, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  • Ensure that all Club facilities are well-maintained, safe, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Foster strong relationships with club members, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Assist plan and oversee special events, and activities that cater to the interests of the Club's members.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the club and attract new members.
  • Represent the Club in the community and build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Work with the management team to develop long-term strategic plans for the Club's growth and development.
