Education: Relevant working experience is prioritized.
- Language: Must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (required for handling Mandarin documentation and communicating with the Director).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; basic accounting knowledge is a mandatory requirement.
- Attributes: Meticulous work ethics, high level of confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Executive Support: Manage the Director’s schedule, arrange travel itineraries, draft business correspondence, record meeting minutes, and assist in internal/external communications.
- Finance Support: Handle daily accounting entries, manage Accounts Receivable/Payable (AR/AP), perform bank reconciliations, prepare payment vouchers, and assist in month-end closing.
- Office Administration: Oversee general office administration, document filing, and procurement of office supplies. Assist with project-related documents such as site reports and contracts.
- Coordination: Act as a key coordinator to ensure all internal company processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Standard: EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
- Health: Medical insurance and dental coverage.
