F&B Operation Manager - Ampang Jaya

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- At least 5 years of working experience in F&B industry, Experience in Japanese Yakiniku Restaurant will be added advantage.
- Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil outlet operation tasks.
- Good in solving problems and making a firm, good, reliable decision
- Confident with strong leadership skills. Ability to lead a team
- Pleasant interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all level
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Possess own transport and willing to travel if required
- Responsible for assist outlet to meet the company's sales targets, conducting daily sales tracking, developing promotion plans and strategies to increasing sales.
- Responsible for company marketing planning. Develop creative and effective advertising and promotion events and do the summarizing & analysing of the effectiveness of each promotion, and provide the effective suggestions to improve it.
- Recruit, train and strengthen staff quality and professional skills by providing company training & do the evaluation on corporate culture, sales skills, hospitality skills, customer complaints, and any other related business skills.
- Supervise and manage the operation team’s inspection duty, including the checking of outlet atmosphere and environment, kitchen & washroom hygiene, the placement of tableware, the execution of company promotion, the quality and taste of food and the staffs’ appearance, standing positioning, service attitude, service etiquette, welcome etiquette, etc.
- Coordinate the work & maintain a relationship between Kitchen & Service departments. Based on the team's ability and technical expertise, determine the staffing and work transfer of each position.
- Examine the work plan, training plan, rules and regulations, job level and standards of each restaurant.
- Actively solicit opinions from customers on food quality, presentation and service level and take effective improvement to deal. Handle customer complaints in a timely and effective manner and enhance corporate image.
- Execute department work plan, working rule & regulation and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
- Ensures all equipment (including IT equipment) in the restaurant is properly maintained and in working order. Verify the necessity of providing the replacement of equipment.
- Participate all the HQ or outlets’ meetings and ensure the implementation of the spirit of the meeting and organize outlets meeting.
