Mandarin speaker is preferred
Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in supervising staff and driving between multiple locations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both clients and workers.
Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
Ability to handle multiple sites and workers simultaneously, with attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable to changing client requirements and site conditions.
每周前往客户现场巡视,监督派驻员工的工作情况与表现
在客户现场监督及协调员工工作,确保任务高效、安全并符合客户要求完成
与客户建立并保持良好的专业合作关系,及时处理客户的意见与反馈,确保客户满意度
检查员工出勤、工作质量与生产效率,并在需要时给予指导与支持
编写每周员工表现报告、现场状况更新及问题记录,并提交给公司管理层
确保遵守安全条例、公司政策及客户现场相关规定
与员工及客户保持有效沟通,及时解决现场运作或后勤相关问题
协助管理层进行人员安排、替换或调整部署,以符合现场需求及员工表现
协调并安排客户额外需求,例如增加人手或设备等事项
完成管理层交办的其他临时任务
Travel to client sites on a weekly basis to monitor the status and performance of deployed workers.
Supervise and coordinate assigned workers at client sites to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to client requirements.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing concerns or feedback promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Check attendance, work quality, and productivity of workers at each site, and provide guidance or support where necessary.
Prepare weekly reports on worker performance, site updates, and any issues encountered, and submit to agency management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client-specific rules.
Communicate effectively with both workers and clients to resolve operational or logistical challenges.
Assist management in planning deployments, replacements, or adjustments based on site needs and worker performance.
Coordinate any additional requirements requested by clients, such as extra manpower or equipment.
