Proven experience in tender documentation & submission (MANDATORY)
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum [X] years of experience in construction/interior fit-out industry
- Strong knowledge of costing, contracts, and tender processes
- Willing and able to travel to site frequently (site-based involvement is required)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in interior design / renovation / construction projects
- Familiar with measurement tools and costing software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING)
This role requires hands-on experience in tender documentation and submission.Candidates without tendering experience will NOT be considered.
Job Responsibilities- Handle full tender process including preparation, pricing, submission, and follow-up
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for tender purposes
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and project budgeting
- Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
- Monitor project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
- Attend site regularly to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings & specs
- Coordinate with design team, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and project timelines are met on-site
- Report site progress and issues to management
