Design and implement overall recruitment strategies to support business growth across Malaysia.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates for open positions nationwide.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements on social media platforms and job portals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in any field
- Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to liaise with HQ China.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Extremely strong resistance to pressure
- Diligent, dedicated, and strong team spirit
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
