Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree (Business, HR, or Marketing preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment, sales, or insurance.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership potential, and the ability to manage high-volume follow-ups with precision.
- Location: Ability to work full-time from our office in Subang Jaya.
- Strategic Recruitment: Execute full-cycle talent acquisition across major platforms to maintain a high-quality pipeline of fresh graduates and professionals.
- Onboarding & Licensing: Lead new recruits through the PCIL / TBE licensing process, managing everything from exam logistics to enrollment portal success.
- Performance Coaching: Monitor agent activity and provide professional guidance to ensure new joiners hit their KPIs and maintain our agency’s high standards.
- Growth Strategy: Partner with management to refine recruitment scripts, optimize candidate engagement, and drive long-term agency expansion.
- Starting Salary: RM 3,000.00/month.
- Performance Raise: 10% Salary Increment every 6 months upon hitting requirements.
