Business Development Executive

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has at least 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in renovation/interior/related industries).
- Understands ou business model is an advantage (interior design, renovation, furniture or custom cabinetry production)
- Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Is self-driven, confident, and results-oriented.
- Has a strong network or the ability to build one within the property, design, or construction/renovation sectors.
- Familiar with tender process.
- Holds a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in renovation, cabinetry, and interior design segments.
- Explore available market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property developers, architects, ID consultants, and contractors.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design and project teams to deliver proposals and quotations.
- Attend site visits, networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
- In charge of tendering process.
- Liase with government agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine business strategies.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
