Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required with 3 - 5 years of experience in Engineering & Maintenance.
- Knowledge of relevant type of aircraft system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Engineering Operations and Quality System.
- Familiarity with company policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements

Position Summary
Lead and coordinate technical records and maintenance planning for MASwings fleet, ensuring compliance with CAAM requirements and company standards.
Key Accountability- Lead and coordinate technical records and maintenance planning for MASwings fleet in compliance with CAAM CAD 6802 (Part M Subpart G) and company requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to Executives, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in planning and records functions.
- Manage planning and technical record tasks for aircraft, engines, and components, including end-of-lease projects, audits, and redelivery documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring continuous improvements and effective coordination of planning and records activities.
- Plan and monitor mid- and short-term aircraft scheduling, including Line Checks, Out-of-Phase tasks, and major maintenance events.
- Coordinate component removal/replacement activities, quotations, and RFQs with MAB-CAMO and Part 145 MROs.
- Supervise maintenance and updating of all continuing airworthiness and operational records, ensuring compliance, traceability, and readiness for audits and redeliveries.
- Plan and coordinate Base Check maintenance, liaising with CAMO and MROs to secure manpower, materials, and tooling, and monitor progress against schedules.
- Manage aircraft schedule planning, updating forecasts, ensuring compliance with approved intervals, and coordinating contingency planning for disruptions.
- Lead planning and documentation for aircraft End-of-Lease and Entry-into-Service events, coordinating with CAMO, MROs, OEMs, and lessors.
- Participate in audits, address findings, and implement preventive measures; recommend improvements to planning and records processes.
- In the absence of the Assistant Manager, assume full responsibility for departmental functions and decision-making.
