Qualifications & Working Experience
  • Degree in Professional qualification or related field with 2 - 5 years working experiences in Communication and Staff Engagement Management, posses trainer certification and Professional Certification is an added advantage Or;
  • Diploma in Professional qualification or related field with more than 3years experiences in Communication and Staff Engagement Management, posses trainer certification and Professional Certification is an added advantage.

Reports To

Manager, Human Capital Business Driver

Role Purpose
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor MW engagement, culture, activities, training requirement, L&D submission, uniform committee and manage HRDC account. Perform soft skills training, classes, workshop and work closely with key stakeholders on projects to support workforce development and meeting the target and expectations set by MW management and the Group.

Compile and coordinate MW training requirement for L&D committee review and approval. Focal point on training related matters including training request and submission to the management.

Key Accountability
  • Plan and implement staff activities with the objective to inculcate with the intended mindset and culture in tandem with MASwings and the Group vision and goals. The focus to strengthen and establish MW workforce to be respected airline in Borneo and BIMP-EAGA.
  • Execute departmental planned activities and initiative to support workforce and talent development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training in relation to services objective and analyze all post course assessment report and produce summary report on monthly basis. The report shall be highlighted to the attention and review of departmental head.
  • Plan and organise events i.e. launching, promotion, Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR), visits, contests, etc. associated with MASwings to bring out positive image and culture amongst MW workforces.
  • Analysis and identify training need to ensure relevancy. Perform and conduct research, review and update on individual ownership training module periodically and take into account current issue, regulatory changes, customer airlines requirements and safety requirements.
  • Engage Group HC counterparts to plan and execute communication, publicity, etc. to reach out the Group community.
  • Perform and conduct periodical review with the stakeholders to identify issues, produce gap analysis and recommend improvement measures with regard to engagement and culture activity and initiatives.
  • Establish, plan and strategies training contents that relevant with MW operational needs and regulatory requirements. The training module is focusing to achieve intended mindset and culture in tandem with MASwings and the Group vision and goals.
  • Design and organize specific training activities. Prepare training room and produce necessary training aids.
  • Review and assess ad-hoc training request made by MW business units to meet local authority needs and operational requirement.
