Technical Support Engineer

- Familiarity with application monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Solid understanding of web, mobile applications, and backend systems.

- Basic programming skills are necessary.
- Hands-on experience in Windows/Linux/macOS environments.
- Intermediate knowledge of core UNIX/Linux, including systems administration and networking.

Application Troubleshooting:
- Swiftly diagnose and resolve technical issues within applications.
- Collaborate with end-users to comprehend and address reported problems effectively.
Documentation and Maintenance:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of operational application systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Conduct comprehensive research, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues.
- Maintain thorough documentation of application configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and support protocols.
Incident Management:
- Efficiently manage and prioritize incidents for timely resolution with minimal operational impact.
