Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to support our data reporting and management processes. This role will focus on maintaining reports, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in generating insights to support business operations. The intern will work closely with internal teams to support regular reporting and data-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and maintaining periodic reports for internal stakeholders
- Update and manage data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reports
- Perform data cleaning and validation
- Support in creating and enhancing dashboards and report templates
- Work with structured templates to generate reports efficiently
- Assist in basic data analysis to identify trends and insights
- Support simple automation tasks to improve reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to gather and organize required data
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business, or related field
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiar with common formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a structured working environment
- Exposure to dashboards or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Basic knowledge of data automation or scripting
- Understanding of business or operational data
- Practical experience in data reporting and management
- Exposure to real-world business data and workflows
- Hands-on experience with dashboards and reporting tools
