Data Analyst

• Knowledgeable in Master Data T-codes and table usages.
• Experienced in Mass upload tools and functionalities (e.g Process runner, LSMW).
• Experienced with data preparation and development for ERPs system migration.
• Experienced in data extraction & analytics reporting.
• Good knowledge and understanding of CP/SC business and processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating expertise beyond basic functions. Capable in working with formulas, spreadsheet manipulation and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, ensure delivery of priorities and work independently.
• Experience with SAP is a plus point.

This role provides an opportunity to be part of long-term Asset Digital Core programme in ensuring data is of high quality, trusted and drives value to company business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with CP Data/PDS team and stakeholders inside and outside CP/SC to ensure business requirements are met within targeted timeline.
• Ensure that the scope for data cleanse and data quality are aligned with business requirement.
• Execute the data cleanse work and data quality and ensure the operationalization of ADC programme.
• Highlight key issues and risks to the project manager on timely manner
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to seek for solutions.
• Establish good working relationship with the team.
• Adhere to company HSSE standards, ethics and compliance.

• Work Location: Cyberjaya | Sunway Square Mall (from July onwards)
