Business & Financial Planning Intern (10-weeks Internship Programme)

About the Internship

Join our structured and dynamic 10-week internship programme which designed for driven individuals who are eager to learn from real industry leaders while gaining hands-on exposure in insurance, mortgage, property investment, leadership, and financial planning.

• Participate in insurance, mortgage, and estate planning workshops and training sessions.
• Join field visits and joint activities with mentors to gain real-world exposure (e.g., banks, hospitals, property showrooms).
• Assist in organizing and executing agency events such as presentations, team-building activities, and internship celebrations.
• Support project planning, logistics, and procurement for internal campaigns and competitions.
• Follow mentors during appointments and assist in preparing documents or case materials.
• Contribute to research, presentations, debates, and group assignments on financial and insurance topics.
• Create and share internship-related content on social media; join internal contests and campaigns.
• Attend weekly review sessions, Breakfast Club meetings, and leadership development activities.
• Diploma / Degree students in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
• Passionate about financial literacy, leadership, and team-based work
• Open to learning through field activities and group challenges
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mind and observant skills
• A positive attitude towards the working environment; someone who is ready to adapt to the working life.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred
• Candidates who have their own transport arrangements are prioritized and preferred.
