We’re looking for a high-potential intern to join the CEO’s Office as a Special Officer and get unprecedented hands-on exposure to leadership, management, and business strategy.
Position Summary
The Special Officer to CEO – Internship is a dynamic, high-exposure support role at the very centre of company leadership. You’ll work directly with our CEO—shadowing him during key meetings, managing priorities, supporting strategic and operational projects, and acting as a bridge between the CEO and the wider organisation.
This internship is a rare opportunity to learn the CEO’s thought process, see how real decisions get made, and contribute directly to projects that drive the company forward. Who We’re Looking For- Passionate about financial literacy, digital media, and business strategy.
- Eager to learn directly from senior leaders and take on fast-paced, meaningful work.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver who “owns” outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator (especially in English).
- Digitally savvy—comfortable with social media and basic content creation (photo/video with your phone or Canva).
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- Previous leadership, project management, or event experience (clubs, societies, projects)
- You follow FinLit, Mr Money TV, The FAQ Show, or The Coffee Break
- Interested in executive communication, branding, or digital storytelling
- The art of leadership and high-level decision-making
- How to manage business strategy, operations, and stakeholder relationships
- Communication and content skills for executive presence
- How great ideas become action in a modern, purpose-driven company
3–6 months, with possible extension or full-time offer for top performers.
