- Client Management & Sales Activities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
- Accompany distributors on client visits across Malaysia
- Negotiate with clients on product placement, pricing, discounts, product assortment, and new product launches
- Distributor Training & Support
- Visit distributor offices to provide product training
- Educate distributors on product features and effective sales approaches
- Support distributors in improving their sales capabilities
- Reporting & Market Analysis
- Work closely with the Japanese Director
- Conduct market research and provide insights
- Prepare and submit weekly reports as required
- Business Travel
- Travel across Malaysia as needed, as products are distributed nationwide
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, distributor management, or B2B business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in Excel (data processing)
Preferred Experience (Advantage):
- Experience in IT or electronics product sales is highly preferred
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT hardware or consumer electronics
- Experience in distributor/channel sales is a strong advantage
