- Microsoft Office, Google Sheets & Google Docs
- High communication skill on both speaking and writing
- Able to work on public holiday (replacement leave provided)
- On call after office hour (allowance provided)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict resolution with patience and empathy.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively. Handle customer enquiries/bookings
- Handle customer check in / out process (by phone whatsapp)
- Arrange cleaner on room cleaning
- Prepare daily report to Manager
- Administrative work
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement in services, and processes.
