Production Operator

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum SPM, Diploma holder, or equivalent.
• Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Preferred Skills: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in laboratory work or Quality Control (QC), and a basic understanding of color theory and mixing techniques.
• Attitude: Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Numeracy: Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
• Physical Requirement:Must havenormal color vision (no color blindness).
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.

• Handle color development based on client needs.
• Collaborate with production to get samples ready on time.
• Run machinery following our SOPs.
• Ensure everything hits ISO and international quality standards.
• Keep our reports and paperwork up to date.
• Support the HOD with exciting R&D projects.
