Embroidery Machine Operator / Production Assistant (Sulaman)

• Operate embroidery machine (setup, run, monitor, basic maintenance).
• Inspect finished products & ensure quality.
• Assist in packing, folding, labeling, and delivery preparation.
• Support production team (cover tasks when needed).
• Maintain cleanliness & safety in workspace.
• Prepare embroidery materials such as threads, fabrics, backing, and designs according to order specifications.
• Operate and set up embroidery machines, including loading designs, adjusting speed/tension, and troubleshooting errors.
• Monitor embroidery process to ensure accuracy, precision, and quality.
• Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning, oiling, needle changes, and report major issues to technicians.

• SPM / equivalent/(Diploma is a plus).
• Experience in embroidery / production is an advantage (training provided).
• Detail-oriented, disciplined & able to meet deadlines.
• Team player & physically fit (able to stand long hours).
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Basic knowledge of embroidery file formats (DST, EMB, PES) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Physically fit: able to stand for long periods and handle light to medium lifting.
• Team player with good discipline and communication skills.

• Experience with embroidery software (e.g., Wilcom, Hatch, Brother PE-Design) is a plus.
• Ability to operate other production equipment (heat press, sewing machine) is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
