- 3年广告销售、客户经理、市场商务等相关工作经验;
1–3 years of relevant experience in advertising sales, client management, or business development.
对短视频、新媒体广告行业感兴趣,有初步招商经验者优先;
Strong interest in short video and digital media advertising; prior experience in business development is a plus.
具备良好的沟通表达能力、提案能力及执行力;
Excellent communication, presentation, and execution skills.
做事认真细致,责任心强,能适应一定的工作节奏和销售目标;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment with clear sales targets.
了解品牌主的投放逻辑与内容营销趋势,有消费、文旅或教育行业接触经验加分。
Understanding of brand advertising logic and content marketing trends; experience in consumer goods, tourism, or education sectors is a bonus.
协助完成账号广告招商工作,对接客户、发掘合作机会,支持广告销售流程执行;
Assist in executing advertising sales for our digital accounts by liaising with clients, identifying collaboration opportunities, and supporting the end-to-end sales process.
维护现有客户关系,整理合作方案、报价、跟进合同签署与项目执行;
Maintain relationships with existing clients, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on contract signing and project implementation.
协助撰写招商PPT、客户提案,参与品牌沟通与商务谈判;
Assist in preparing pitch decks and proposals, and participate in brand communication and business negotiations.
了解内容产出节奏,与内容运营、创作团队协作,保障广告落地顺畅;
Understand the content production schedule and collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
定期整理数据反馈,分析客户需求及投放效果,提供优化建议;
Regularly compile performance data, analyze client needs and campaign results, and provide actionable optimization suggestions.
积极拓展潜在客户渠道,参与行业展会、平台对接等业务场景。
Actively explore new client channels and participate in industry events, platform meetings, and other business development opportunities.
Work location: Johor Bahru
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM(5-day system)
