Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Antasis, a growing BPO company.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
  • Administer and update employee records using HRIS systems, maintaining accurate and confidential information.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all staff.
  • Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Malaysia.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various HR tasks, including reporting and documentation.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, ensuring a pipeline of qualified talent for call center and BPO roles.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date, communicated effectively, and consistently applied across the organization.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture and their respective roles.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to enhance employee productivity and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Malaysia, staying updated on any changes that may affect HR practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee morale, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
