Event Marketing Coordinator (Prefer Chinese)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies for events that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and has a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for trade shows, product launches, conferences, and branded events.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure messaging consistency across all event materials.
• Develop and manage event marketing calendars and timelines.
• Create promotional content for events including social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and printed materials.
• Handle pre-event, onsite, and post-event logistics, including booth setup, signage, promotional giveaways, and vendor coordination.
• Track performance metrics such as registration numbers, attendance, lead generation, and ROI.
• Manage event marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of campaigns.
• Research industry trends and competitor events to identify new opportunities.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Interest in events and marketing with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours during event days, including weekends if needed.
