Company Overview

Our client is a manufacturing company looking for a Sales Administrator

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations in a timely manner
  • Follow up with customers on all quoted enquiries to support sales conversion
  • Process sales orders and coordinate order documentation as required
  • Provide after-sales and customer service support to company customers
  • Maintain and update stock records to ensure data accuracy
  • Update and maintain project reference listings
  • Conduct research on new projects and market information using BCI Asia and other relevant platforms
  • Prepare sales analysis reports and management dashboards as required
  • Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and related documentation
  • Liaise with Design and Costing teams on new product costing and updates to cost sheets
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence, documentation, and filing
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties related to sales and marketing operations
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent
