- Communication Skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin(optional) are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in Inventory Management is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific requirements of the motorcycle industry.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including daily sales reports, inventory updates, and customer information.
- Manage and reconcile cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sales floor, cashier station, and storage areas.
